Telecommunication Services Preference Survey

Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority now provides telecommunication services through both MTN and Airtel. Staff members are therefore free to choose their preferred mobile network operator.

The purpose of this survey is to:

• Capture staff preferences to support planning and provisioning of mobile voice and data services.
• Enable effective management of airtime and data allocations across the organization.
• Provide information for coordination with service providers to ensure proper network distribution.

The target audience for this survey is all RCAA staff.
