Organizational Capacity Assessment – Survey Questionnaire

RCAA is conducting an Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) to guide human resource reforms and capacity-building initiatives. The overall objective is to develop a robust and skilled workforce that will transform RCAA into a resilient organization capable of delivering sustainable impact.

The objectives of this survey are to:

Collect data that will be used to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in RCAA’s current systems, structures, and practices.
Provide RCAA with valuable feedback to ensure that it focuses its efforts in the right areas.
Obtain proposals and recommendations for strategies and reforms to strengthen RCAA’s organizational resilience.

The target audience for the survey is all RCAA staff.
