Organizational Capacity Assessment – Survey Questionnaire

RCAA is conducting an Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) to guide human resource reforms and capacity-building initiatives. The overall objective is to develop a robust and skilled workforce that will transform RCAA into a resilient organization capable of delivering sustainable impact.

The objectives of this survey are to:

  • Collect data that will be used to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in RCAA’s current systems, structures, and practices.
  • Provide RCAA with valuable feedback to ensure that it focuses its efforts in the right areas.
  • Obtain proposals and recommendations for strategies and reforms to strengthen RCAA’s organizational resilience.

The target audience for the survey is all RCAA staff.
