ICT Needs Assessment, Planning, and Coordination
Welcome to the centralized platform for ICT Needs Planning for FY 2026-2027. All budget agencies are required to submit their ICT needs via the GoR Enterprise Repository.
Submission Guidelines
Chief Digital Officers (CDOs) and BAS will spearhead the ICT needs submissions from all institutions under their respective sectors, where one consolidated file will be submitted by sector. Institutions not reporting under CDOs or BAS are requested to submit their ICT needs independently according to the institutional requirements for FY 2026-2027.
All submissions must be completed in the system by 14th October, 2025. After this deadline, joint revision sessions will be conducted between MINICT/RISA and Sectors/Institutions.
